Position Overview

The Credit Line Oversight – Senior Analyst will support the management of fund-level credit lines, including execution, reporting, compliance monitoring, and optimization. The role involves coordinating drawdowns, maintaining internal databases, and leading weekly credit facility calls, while ensuring all reporting and covenant obligations are met.

Essential Job Functions

Business
- Assisting in conducting RFPs for new lines
- Taking part / assisting in term sheet negotiation
- Assist in implementation
Reporting obligations
- Ensuring all reporting line covenants are met
- Reviewing / uploading the relevant reports
- Maintaining and submitting borrowing base / PDR report
Monitoring
- Monitoring compliance of lines with fund prospectus and facility agreement
Line usage
- Submit drawdown request together with required documents
Ongoing optimisation of the lines (new sub-facilities / increases, etc.)
Weekly summary report
Chair weekly credit line coordination call
Maintain internal databases
Ad hoc queries

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

For the position at hand, we seek applicants with 5+ years' work experience and a bachelor degree from a top-tier college or university. The following factors will definitely be a benefit for the potential candidates:

Previous experience with Credit Facilities
Demonstrates commitment, accuracy and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Highly motivated with a passion for the industry
Knowledge of the private debt sector a plus
Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment
Good analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned
Ability to work with multiple teams, spread across different locations worldwide
Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
