Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care and diagnosis as well as health promotion and preventative services at local, regional and national levels. Our academic partner is Trinity College Dublin.

Purpose of the role: The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager II: Discharge Co-Ordinator Egress Beds is to work in collaboration with our off-site colleagues to ensure and maximise patient flow.
