Paul Byron are currently looking for a part-time footwear sales advisor for our Athlone Store

This is not a summer only position, we will require flexibility mid week after the summer period.

Contract Type: Part Time

Rate of Pay: €13.50 per hour

Hours:22.5 hours per week +

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Footwear Sales Advisor to join our team in our Athlone store on a part-time contract. Hours may vary from 22.5 per week to 37.5 per week, As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect footwear to meet their needs.
  • Maintaining store presentation standards, including stock displays and cleanliness.
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A passion for retail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
