Reports To: General Manager
About the Role: We at Noel Group are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy and vibrant casino. The Assistant Manager will be part of the retail operations team, helping to manage a small team at the ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering 5 Star excellence in Customer Service.
- Dealing with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently with company policy.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in managing a team of floor staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
- Support with budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting as required by the Casino Manager.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of casino staff.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Assistant Manager experience in retail or hospitality.
- Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and the aptitude to learn in-house systems.
- Ability to influence wider business stakeholders.
