Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting in Galway.

We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promote independence, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the service through person-centred planning.

A successful candidate will have:

  1. A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field
  2. A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  3. Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
  4. Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  5. Knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  6. A full, clean Manual Driving License

Successful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and will be part of an energetic, dedicated team providing an emotionally and psychologically safe environment where service users can develop independent living skills and engage in activities.
