Maintenance Engineer

Lead Group Ireland is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a site-based role with a leading pharmaceutical company located in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities in compliance with GMP standards.
    • Lead and support change management processes related to maintenance operations.
      • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and technical issues on-site.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production.
          • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
    • Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical or related industry).
      • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Maximo asset management system.
        • Demonstrated ability to manage and implement change management procedures.
          • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
            • Experience with utilities, cleanroom operations, or process equipment.
