Dublin, Dublin City, Ireland Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Full time
Overview

KKR is a leading global investment firm offering alternative asset management, capital markets and insurance solutions. We sponsor investment funds in private equity, credit and real assets, with strategic partners that manage hedge funds. Our insurance subsidiaries provide retirement, life, and reinsurance products through Global Atlantic Financial Group. Our Dublin office provides best-in-class services to internal stakeholders and clients, drives process efficiency and transformation, and reflects KKR's global culture of teamwork and innovation.

The Opportunity

As part of our continued investment in Ireland, KKR is launching a Technology & Engineering Centre of Excellence in Dublin. This new hub will play a central role in building the world's first technology platform engineered to manage over one trillion dollars in alternative AUM. Designed from the ground up for scale, security and speed, this is the infrastructure for the future of global finance. Areas of focus include investment technology, portfolio construction and management, liquidity solutions, risk analytics, and advanced data platforms.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing team within one of the world's leading investment firms. You will contribute to high-visibility, strategic initiatives that are critical to the success of KKR's business, working alongside a group of talented professionals.

We're committed to attracting and developing top-tier technology talent in Ireland. We're looking for exceptional engineers who are passionate about innovation, thrive in collaborative environments, and want to work on some of the most interesting challenges in financial technology.

Over the coming weeks, we will be meeting with outstanding engineers across the region to introduce KKR's technology vision and identify candidates whose interests and skills align with our teams. Our goal is to ensure you are matched with a role and team where your contributions will have the greatest impact — and where you will be supported to grow and succeed.

We look forward to welcoming our global technology leadership team to Dublin in early August to meet with selected candidates in person.

The Team

KKR's Technology organization is a group of passionate technologists and product managers, unified by a shared mission to deliver exceptional products and solutions that drive value for our stakeholders, clients, and investors. Our passion for technology and innovation fuels our commitment to creating high-quality, impactful solutions that address complex challenges and meet the evolving needs of our sophisticated businesses.

Teamwork is at the core of the organization's success. We thrive on open collaboration and continuous learning, driving a culture that values diversity of thought and collective achievement. Our global footprint fosters the integration of a diverse set of ideas and viewpoints in product and solution delivery, allowing us to design more comprehensive solutions that are adaptable and scalable. We optimize for impact, prioritizing and delivering solutions with excellence while remaining agile in response to the evolving needs of our businesses.

As a member of this global team, individuals are expected to actively contribute to a collaborative and innovation-driven environment, bringing an intellectual curiosity to their approach to problem solving. This includes embracing key values such as open communication, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering with impact. Team members are also expected to uphold high standards of excellence in their work, while supporting and learning from others.
