Le Meas Executive Search is partnering with a global investment management firm to recruit a Senior Accountant for their Real Estate Funds team based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review capital calls and distributions, focusing on Private Equity and Real Estate.
- Manage transactions in Investran, including cash flows, investments, sales, and distributions.
- Maintain revolving credit facilities, liaising with lenders and ensuring compliance and reporting.
- Oversee quarterly management fee calculations for selected funds.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
- Develop carried interest models and collaborate with IT to enhance Investran functionalities.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
