We are seeking an Associate Director/Manager – Cyber Security – Identity and Access Management to join our Cyber Security practice in Dublin city centre. You will work on high-profile projects in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Digital Transformation.

We are currently seeking to hire an Associate Director/Manager – Cyber Security – Identity and Access Management to join our Cyber Security practice, based in Dublin city centre. You will get to work on high-profile projects in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management and Digital Transformation.

• A relevant professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is a strong advantage.
• Relevant third-level qualification in a technical subject such as Computer Science, Information / Cyber Security or Cyber Crime Prevention.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in Cyber Security, focusing on IAM, PAM and CIAM, preferably in a consultancy or similar environment.
• Knowledge and techniques for IAM transformation, remediation and audit-driven remediation are advantageous.
• Excellent understanding of IAM best practices and leading IAM toolsets.
• Relevant cyber security experience in large corporates / multinational environments in strategic roles is advantageous; experience in financial services, telecoms or the energy sector is an added benefit.
• Ability to work with multi-stakeholder environments to drive remediation targets and programmes across national/regional organisations.
• Ability to project manage delivery teams, outsourced vendors and remediation programmes.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills; teamwork and client service focus.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT/digital systems and infrastructure.
• Proven project management skills.

• Oversee client engagement teams and work across countries in IAM design, remediation and transformation.
• Analyse complex processes and technologies from the user management perspective and present outcomes to senior management.
• Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and support clients in Cyber, IAM, PAM and CIAM.
• Lead enterprise IAM activities, including JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), recertification, RBAC analysis and design, SoD, TOM design and IAM governance.
• Lead PAM activities, including password management controls, PAM requests, approvals and monitoring.
• Lead CIAM, digital and cloud identity initiatives, including open standards such as OAuth, OIDC and API security.
• Experience with toolsets such as Okta, Ping, SailPoint and CyberArk is beneficial.
• Review work of engagement team members and manage client relationships to set expectations for deliverables, timing and services.
• Experience in designing IAM solutions for clients in regulated environments; familiarity with GDPR, PSD2, KYC, AML and Open Banking is advantageous.
• Oversee information security and privacy aspects inherent to client engagements.
• Be creative, self-motivated, and research new techniques and methods.
• Demonstrate excellent project management, promote teamwork and accountability, and use KPMG Information Security assets to enhance deliverables.
• Go to market and provide talks at external and internal forums (seminars, conferences, etc.).
