Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Your Key Responsibilities As Part Of The Team

• You will act as a key domain knowledge specialist, complementing our architect and engineering technical teams to Develop, Review, QA architecture strategy for Dynamics 365 (& MS Power Platform) that aligns with client's business goals.
• You will also work with Technology Consulting leaders to define staffing demands against the profile of market demand and technology services evolution and liaise with internal teams to develop the right mix of skills and capabilities as identified.
• On a typical programme you will be responsible for:Reviewing integration strategies with external systems
• Serving as the primary client-facing representative for the architectural aspects of Dynamics 365 implementations, facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Coordinating communication, effort and decisions between on-site and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with the defined solution design.
• Managing relationships with third-party vendors responsible for testing, data migration, and technical quality assurance.
• Guiding offshore teams to ensure technical delivery adheres to the solution architecture and quality standards.
• Identifying potential risks related to integration and data migration.
• Ensuring comprehensive architectural documentation and provide training to client teams for solution adoption.
• Guiding delivery and release strategy, identifying options and scenarios to meet client business constraints.
• Support market making efforts and proposal development.
• Act as a key client liaise from a functional representative perspective, evangelising and ideating solutions in conjunction with other team members.
  
  

Your Experience, Skills, And Capabilities

• A strong leader and motivator with the ability to build, and lead teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Experience in build a team delivery model and providing technical leadership and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics suite. Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, covering Finance and CE modules.
• Excellent business and technical analysis, and solution proposal capabilities.
• Technical depth and experience in end-to-end systems integration with the ability to shape and organise the delivery of programmes/projects.
• Strong understanding of integration, data migration, ERP development life-cycle.
• Strong problem solver with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to be on-site in Dublin 2 days a week.
• Consulting experience is essential.
