Le Meas Executive Search is delighted to partner with a Global Investment Management firm to hire an Account Manager for their Private Credit team based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fund accounting work in their accounting systems
  • Responsible for detailed equity accounting and analysis, including complex partnership equity accounting analysis and management fee / carried interest computations
  • Active role in fund reporting including preparation of quarterly financial statements and performance returns
  • Prepare annual GAAP financial statements and coordinate audits with external auditors
  • Involvement with operational duties including capital calls, capital distributions, and liquidity management
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests, investor questions, and frequent interaction with our marketing / client management and legal departments
  • Frequent project coordination work
  • Assist in driving accounting, reporting and business process simplification and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience from Audit or Industry, with an understanding of private credit, partnership accounting, and financial instruments
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting qualification or Finance related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Advanced user of Excel and highly proficient with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with Investran and/or Geneva is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a growing environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritise time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail
