Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop tailored dietetic plans for patients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Educate patients and their families on nutritional practices to promote health and manage medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional care into the overall treatment plan.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian status with CORU.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical dietetic experience.
  • Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
  • Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
  • All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
  • International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
