Overview

As part of our commitment to sustainability and advancing our Net Zero goals, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar PV Installation Scheme Administrator. The successful candidate will be integral in the effective administration of our solar panel installation schemes, helping to deliver renewable energy solutions efficiently and in line with industry standards. The focus will be on seamless coordination, organisation, and effective communication to ensure smooth project delivery. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Installation Partner: Serve as the main point of contact with the installation partner, ensuring timely invoicing and effective documentation management (SEAI requirements, BER certificates, etc).
  • Manage Customer Queries and Escalations: Work with our Contact Centre to resolve customer queries and manage escalations, ensuring timely responses and collaboration with business readiness functions.
  • Upload Documentation to SEAI Platforms: Ensure all required documentation is accurately uploaded to SEAI platforms to trigger payments and meet regulatory compliance.
  • Schedule and Complete QA Visits: Coordinate and complete necessary Quality Assurance (QA) visits, ensuring all installations meet scheme standards and industry regulations.
  • Track and Schedule Rectification Works: Track and manage any rectification works needed, working closely with customers to address Quality and Assurance issues promptly.
  • Manage Payments: Oversee and process payments related to solar PV installations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage SharePoint/Portals and Data Records: Maintain up-to-date records of customer files and completed works on SharePoint/Portals, ensuring easy access for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Administration: Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, ideally within the energy or utilities sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, data management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across multiple platforms.
  • Organisational and Communication Skills: Excellent organisational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines, paired with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
