Our client, a specialist corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Advisor to join their Dublin team. The firm advises SME clients across sectors on M&A, fundraising, and strategic transactions. This is a hands-on role offering direct exposure to business owners, investors, and deal execution in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support M&A transactions from origination to close
  • Advise on equity and debt fundraising, prepare investor materials, and engage with capital providers
  • Deliver strategic growth and corporate finance advice to SME clients
  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Conduct market, competitor, and sector analysis
  • Support business development through networking and pitch preparation
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) an advantage
  • 3–5 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Understanding of the Irish SME and capital markets is desirable
