A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Business/Process Analyst would be:

  • Facilitating project workshops and meetings.
  • Documenting project requirements and processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzing business needs and recommending solutions.
  • Updating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Providing support to the project management team.
  • Assisting with stakeholder communication.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle Unifier.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing project documentation.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in a support team environment.
  • Knowledge of additional project management tools.
