At O'Brien's Wine, we're passionate about what we do, and we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-time Sales Assistant to join our team. If you love great wine, have a knack for customer service, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the store's daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of O'Brien's, helping customers find the perfect wine and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks assigned by management to the highest standards, following company policies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Accurately operate the till system and handle transactions.
  • Keep stock levels up to date and well-organized.
  • Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.

  • Strong sales focus with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Hardworking, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to help with deliveries, displays, and maintaining the store's appearance.
  • Must be able to work weekends and from Monday to Wednesday.
