Role DescriptionPerfect Solutions Ltd. is currently seeking a Skilled Service Technician based in the Galway area. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Skilled Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical support and exceptional customer service to clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct on-site field service visits at customer locations
- Ensure timely and professional service delivery
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong skills in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route in the Galway area
- Technical certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Full clean driving licence required
