Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO 13485:2016 for the manufacture of high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies, and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices.

Sanmina Fermoy specializes in manufacturing automation. We provide services throughout the product lifecycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping, process validation, volume manufacturing, testing, shipping, and repair. Objectives of Position
  • Generate, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using various data systems, including OSI Pi, to support manufacturing, continuous improvement activities, and customer requests. This involves increasing interaction with Operations and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom PI System reports and dashboards for real-time and historical data insights.
  • Automate report generation and distribution to stakeholders.
  • Analyze PI System data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and user guides for reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with ADC to define reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Assist QA, Engineering, Materials, and Operations teams with data analysis and mining.
  • Coordinate changes, updates, and troubleshooting of OSI systems.
  • Create and maintain PI Vision displays and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to meet their needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop user guidance documentation for end-users.
  • Manage user access and permissions within the PI System.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects leveraging PI System data.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
Measurements
  • Performance will be assessed against an agreed set of MBOs as part of the annual performance review.
Personnel SpecificationsEssential
  • NFQ Level 8 Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
Desirable
  • Strong technical process knowledge.
  • Experience with databases and SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in OSI Pi System.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
