Job summary

Hudson River Trading is looking for an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join the Compliance team in our Dublin office. This role requires expertise in European regulation, specifically within algorithmic trading.

Responsibilities
  • Actively liaise and communicate with the CBI
  • Maintain compliance policies and procedures, develop new policies where applicable
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring, report on findings and provide recommendations and implement changes where appropriate
  • Act as a point of contact for the entity's regulator and for compliance questions from trading venues
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level
  • 10+ years of trading compliance experience
  • Experience liaising and communicating Central Bank of Ireland is required
