Role: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to €100k p/a, plus benefits

We are seeking to hire a Salesforce Technical Architect on behalf of our Dublin-based client. You will join a team of Architects and Engineering Leads in utilising your Salesforce expertise to drive technological innovation within the financial sector.

  • Drive the design and execution of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define system needs and tailor the Salesforce platform accordingly.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and stay current with emerging features and capabilities.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
  • Review solutions and recommend improvements for ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura framework.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and Agile environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business goals.
  • Salesforce certifications – Platform Architect and PD 1&2 are beneficial.
