  • Position: Corporate Security Officer
  • Location: Dublin
  • Pay Rate: €14.50/hour (€16.80/night shift & €5.00/hour Sunday premium)
  • Hours: 42-48 hours/week
  • Shifts: 4 On 4 Off - Nights & Weekends
Job Requirements
  • PSA Security Guarding Licence & CCTV certification
  • At least 1 year experience in 5* Corporate Security, Concierge, or Front of House roles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and good IT skills
  • Experience with Access Control, Monitoring Systems, and Visitor Management Systems
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Flexible approach to duties and events
  • First Aid Qualification
  • Ability to perform all specific duties confidently
  • Ability to provide documentation and vetting information upon request
Job Role
  • Deliver high-quality guarding and customer service
  • Work independently and proactively, think quickly
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Complete patrols and stand/walk during shifts
  • Write incident and shift reports
  • Maintain friendly, professional demeanor and excellent customer service
  • Operate Access Control and CCTV systems proficiently
  • Communicate effectively via email and in person
  • Exercise command and control, escalate issues appropriately
  • Conduct opening & closing procedures, patrols, reception duties, access control, and emergency responses
