Position
Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Project Leader or experienced Project Architect to join our Aviation team. You will work alongside a team of motivated, creative professionals committed to achieving outstanding results. Our ideal candidate is passionate and eager to take on more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

  1. Generating creative design solutions within project parameters
  2. Preparing and coordinating all project deliverables
  3. Managing contract administration
  4. Coordinating with consultants
  5. Providing leadership to staff
  6. Managing client relations

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, confidence in presentations, high attention to detail, and analytical abilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities is essential. Candidates should have excellent planning skills, experience in conceptual design, technical excellence, and strong client and marketing skills. Experience with project documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordination is required. An active ARB registration, a professional RIAI/RIBA-accredited degree in Architecture, and 10+ years of experience in Aviation & Rail Infrastructure projects are necessary. Revit proficiency is also required.
