We are a nurse-led, dynamic healthcare provider, offering essential home care services for adults with long-term disabilities, complex conditions, and age-related needs. We're currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants in North Dublin (Service areas include: Raheny, Kilbarrack, Artane, and Baldoyle) to join our growing and supportive team.

Who You Are:

  • Reliable, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference
  • Currently completing QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
  • Have completed or are pursuing Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules
  • Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Able to provide work and character references
  • Willing to complete Garda Vetting (we cover the cost)
  • Previous experience in home care, hospitals, residential, or clinical settings is a plus

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal, emotional, and practical care to clients in their homes
  • Support with activities such as dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and companionship
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
  • Maintain accurate daily care records
  • Follow infection control and health & safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with care managers and supervisors
