Studio East is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with an immediate start, based in Dublin to support our small but driven digital team. With a growing roster of ambitious clients and big plans for 2025-26, we're expanding our in-house team. You'll help and enable our specialists in executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns that deliver the "real results" our brand promises.The ideal candidate will be an analytically driven and creatively adept digital marketer with 2–4 years' agency or scale-up experience managing multi-channel campaigns, fluent in GA4 and paid platforms, and equipped to translate data into strategic insights and deliver tangible, ROI-driven results.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign execution & optimisation – Plan, build and optimise paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) hitting CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Organic growth & SEO – Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical audits; brief our copy and dev teams to implement best practice.
  • Content & social publishing – Collaborate with our creative studio to schedule thumb-stopping content and manage community interactions
  • Email & HubSpot CRM – Build segmented workflows, A/B-test subject lines and creatives, and report on lifecycle KPIs.
  • Data, insight & reporting – Own GA4, Looker Studio and ad-platform dashboards; translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organic and Content Creation – Collaborate with the Digital Design Team in the creation of visually appealing and engaging digital content, ensuring consistent and cohesive branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Client communications – Join client calls, present monthly performance decks and proactively recommend growth experiments.
  • Innovation – Keep the team ahead of trends such as AI-driven personalisation and social commerce, trial new betas and share learnings.

What you'll bring

  • At least 2 years' hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social budgets
  • Proven SEO and content-marketing know-how
  • Fluent with GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Strong copy instincts and eye for creative that converts
  • Comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines
  • Comfortable with Canva/Adobe and Notion
  • Google Certification or Meta Blueprint
