Project Overview:

Join out organizations's Responsible AI Scaled Testing Team, focused on ensuring exceptional user experience, quality assurance, and compliance across our AI products. This global team draws from diverse expertise in quality operations, data analysis, automation, and stakeholder management.

As a Quality Analyst, you'll be instrumental in managing structured, pre-launch quality testing processes for AI applications-assessing outputs for safety, fairness, neutrality, and overall quality. You'll work cross-functionally to drive consistency, transparency, and excellence in the organization's AI product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead structured pre-launch quality testing and compliance assessments for AI product releases.

-Intake and triage incoming testing requests, define project scopes, and manage timelines.

-Collaborate with product teams to understand UX and quality benchmarks, guiding them through pre-launch readiness.

-Define and execute testing methodologies, including prompt generation strategies and response quality evaluations.

-Translate abstract quality standards into clear, actionable guidelines for testing and auditing teams.

-Oversee vendor teams performing evaluations, offering guidance, clarification, and quality calibrations.

-Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to surface trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

-Deliver data-driven insights and recommend corrective actions or enhancements to improve AI system behavior.

-Manage cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, compliance, and risk stakeholders.

-Identify areas for process automation, including leveraging AI tools and scripting where appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

-Senior leadership of experience in quality assurance, audit, operations management, program management, or compliance, ideally with experience managing or guiding QA teams or processes.

-Proven experience leading cross-functional or global testing or quality improvement initiatives.

-Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights; experience using SQL or similar tools is a strong plus.

-Experience working with or understanding AI/ML systems and their implications on product quality and compliance.

-Familiarity with structured testing, evaluation criteria, and issue triaging.

-Strong stakeholder management skills: able to drive alignment across multiple internal teams and adapt communication across functions and levels.

-Excellent problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and project delivery skills.

-Experience with automation tools or AI-enhanced quality testing solutions is desirable.

Preferred Experience:

-Background in AI safety, adversarial testing, policy review, or user experience testing.

-Experience in environments with high regulatory or compliance focus.

-Ability to contextualize technical challenges and propose scalable, pragmatic solutions.

-Strong documentation and calibration skills across diverse workforces.
