KNOW THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have

• Customer Focus: A strong ability to engage with customers, providing personalised service that exceeds expectations
• Communication Skills: The ability to represent our brand with confidence and professionalism
• Product Knowledge: Enthusiasm for learning about our products, and their heritage, and staying informed on the latest trends
• Professionalism: High standards of integrity and discretion, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand's prestige
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive store environment
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Know What We're Looking For

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sales Advisor at our Christy Outlet, Henry St, North City, Dublin

Experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential

Duties will include

• Assisting with ordering & pricing stock, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and all other tasks as required
• Flexible hours. Flexibility is required as during busy periods it may be necessary to work occasional late evenings and Bank Holidays
