Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: West Dublin HQ | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Role Overview

Reporting into the group finance leadership team of a fast-growing, multinational healthcare services organisation, the Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business performance through robust analysis, strategic insight and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

AreaFocus

Commercial Finance

Partner with business leaders to understand key drivers; provide financial support, integrated reporting and detailed commercial analysis of trends, customers and products—including tender / contract review, modelling and opportunity assessment.

M&A Integration

Support the financial integration of newly acquired entities: review existing processes (reporting, tax, commercial finance), identify gaps, and implement action plans to ensure seamless, efficient integration; manage finance set-up for new organic opportunities and profit streams.

Reporting & KPIs

Prepare and present monthly multi-entity reporting packs to tight deadlines; develop a suite of KPIs to track performance, highlight risks and surface opportunities.

Ensure accurate, timely month-end close across entities; perform control reviews of P&L, balance sheet and operations, maintaining a best-in-class control environment.

Audit & Governance

Coordinate delivery of group audit requirements (internal & external); review statutory accounts; own divisional risk register, finance governance manual and accounting policies.

Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen financial control and enhance commercial outcomes; lead global roll-out of project plans.

Build, manage and develop finance teams across multiple entities and geographies.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven commercial acumen and business-partnering capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; effective with non-finance stakeholders.
• High level of computer literacy (SAP or similar ERP preferred); strong knowledge of financial systems, controls and procedures.
• Demonstrated adaptability within fast-growing, dynamic environments and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to drive both personal and organisational growth.

Work Pattern & Travel

• Hybrid model: typically 2–3 days per week onsite in West Dublin, with additional presence required around key financial deadlines.
• Occasional travel to multi-site locations (domestic and international).
