S&C Coach

This is a part-time on-site role for an S&C Coach at SOLAS Health & Fitness Ltd. located in Carrigaline.

The S&C Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized strength and conditioning programs for 1-1 clients, collaborating on programs for small group classes, providing coaching and guidance on exercise techniques, and monitoring client progress.

• Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Training, and Exercise Physiology skills
• A passion to work in the health & fitness industry
• Experience in designing and implementing personalized fitness programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention
• Certification in strength and conditioning, personal training, or related field
• Previous experience working with athletes or clients with diverse fitness goals
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
