Our client is a growing, mid-sized professional services firm based in Dublin. With ambitious expansion plans and a strong presence in the market, they are now seeking to strengthen their leadership team with a high-calibre Audit Partner.

Who should apply?

The ideal candidate will likely come from one of the following backgrounds:

  • Big 4 or Top 20 trained Audit Directors or recently appointed Partners
  • Experience within any industry sector will be considered
  • Proven track record of building and leading audit teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key client relationships and grow client portfolios
Role Responsibilities
  • Strategic oversight and development of the audit division
  • Leading a team of qualified and trainee audit professionals
  • Managing a diverse client portfolio across your sector of expertise
  • Partnering with other service lines to deliver cross-functional solutions
  • Driving new business development and contributing to firm-wide strategy
  • Representing the firm in external forums and building market presence
  • Ensuring continued compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements
  • Mentoring senior team members and supporting career development initiatives
