Job Summary:

As a Senior Crew Member, you'll lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, supporting team operations, and mentoring junior staff. You'll help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards, and create a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Train and support junior staff members.
  • Assist in managing food service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions and till reconciliation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, ideally in a senior position.
  • Right to work in Ireland is a must.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
