Are you a Senior or Lead Recruiter ready to level up? Designer Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead delivery across Ireland and international locations. This is a hands-on people leadership role where you'll guide a growing team, influence how we recruit, and help shape a high-performing, values-led talent function.

What you'll be doing

Lead the daily operations of the TA team across business units and geographies

Allocate roles, run stand-ups, and support recruiters to deliver pace and quality

Guide sourcing, process consistency, and candidate engagement

Personally recruit for key roles—entry-level to senior specialist

Troubleshoot delivery challenges and uphold best-in-class standards

Coach team members and support onboarding of new hires

Ensure adoption of our ATS and sourcing tools, with regular reporting

Collaborate with our Head of Talent Acquisition on TA Operations, hiring strategy and brand building

What you bring

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

Team coordination, mentoring, or leadership experience

Strong sourcing skills across technical and non-technical roles

Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented

Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset

Industry experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments a bonus
