Access Talent Group are working with a fast- growing, award-winning Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Cork who are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Senior Traffic Engineer.

 This person would be expected to play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse array of projects, whilst providing expert transport-related design assistance and advice to clients. They would collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless project delivery and contribute to the development and implementation of transport policies and design standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Some experience in Traffic Engineering
• Strong interest in transport infrastructure, including active travel and public realm
• Knowledge of current transport policies and design standards, including TII Publications and DMURS.Experience in delivering local roads, traffic, active travel, or highway schemes.
• Proficiency in road safety audit and the preparation of Traffic Impact Assessments.
• Demonstrated ability in client and contractor interaction and engagement.
• Proactive with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
