Amazon Web Services is seeking a Capital Infrastructure Technical Program Manager (TIPM) to join the EMEA Controls team, supporting the delivery of control systems in new and existing Data Centers.
Our TIPMs manage cross-functional projects, optimize processes to improve efficiency, and deliver results to meet program goals in a fast-paced environment. They leverage analytical skills and attention to detail to identify risks, ask technical questions, and ensure appropriate trade-offs during resource negotiations, priority setting, and escalations. They lead effective stakeholder meetings to drive business and technical discussions.
This role involves owning and influencing positive change, deploying analytical data to enhance quality, efficiency, performance, and cost improvements. Responsibilities include providing strategic insights during weekly reviews and producing accurate, timely program status reports for business and finance partners.

Key Responsibilities- Manage planning and delivery of AWS Controls (BMS & EPMS) infrastructure.
- Create and manage goals related to safety, quality, team efficiency, vendor performance, and costs.
- Develop and leverage analytical metrics to measure program success.
- Produce accurate and timely reports on program status for stakeholders.
- Lead value stream mapping events to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvements.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to drive program enhancements.
- Develop new programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Solve problems and remove blockers to capacity delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, assess business risks, and implement scalable solutions.
This role supports the EMEA Controls team within Data Center Capacity Delivery, responsible for delivering control systems (BMS/EPMS) in new data centers and supporting existing data center capex projects.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in program management, capacity planning, production or operations planning, or inventory planning.
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
- Knowledge of industrial automation control systems, including BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and PLCs.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Quicksight).
- Experience managing complex, high-value infrastructure projects, including data center design.
- Advanced Excel skills (look-ups, pivot tables).
- 6+ years of program management experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience leading matrixed teams across multiple locations, with strong analytical skills.
