Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate all required project workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans in MS Project.
  • Track actual progress against planned timelines.
  • Monitor and manage planned vs. actual expenditure.
  • Oversee testing and release management activities.
  • Ensure successful, end-to-end delivery of all project phases.
  • Develop and maintain IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Work effectively in complex technical environments.
  • Operate within a PMO framework, ensuring all required artefacts are developed and maintained to support project delivery.
  • Monitor relevant SLA/contract metrics and take appropriate action when required.
  • Provide regular updates to the CIO, Head of PMO, senior management, and relevant committees on project progress and key issues.
  • Transition completed projects into operational service.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent formal Project Management certification
  • ITIL Certification
  • Agile Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM))
  • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Certification (DP-203 or equivalent)
