Location:Mullingar, Co Westmeath
Type: Full-time

Are you a driven, people-focused professional fluent in Polish and English?
Join our growing team as a Recruitment Consultant, where you'll help connect top talent with exciting career opportunities across the Pharma and Medtech industry.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for call candidates with focus on Polish-speaking candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage job offers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
