About the Job

gTech Ads is responsible for support, media, and technical services for customers across our entire Ad products stack. We help customers maximize their use of Google Ads and Publisher products, providing services from self-help and in-product support to complex technical solutions and media support for marketing needs. Our solutions range from bespoke to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. We collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop better solutions and improve customer experience. Our goal is to ensure customers benefit from Google products and remain trusted partners.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with product adoption, upgrades, and migrations; provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Define and develop custom software solutions; provide documentation and technical guidance for client integrations.
  • Analyze and optimize existing client development to ensure success with Google products.
  • Work with datasets, solve analysis problems, and conduct end-to-end data analysis.
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
