Location and About the Organisation

The Loddon Mallee region spans regional Victoria and offers a balance of rural charm with close proximity to metropolitan Melbourne. Connecting the Docs is a collaborative network of health services, working directly with CEOs, Chief Medical Officers, and Medical Workforce Units to support your career from day one.

You'll work alongside committed clinical teams and gain access to a variety of clinical challenges and flexible work arrangements.

What you'll do

Role offers part-time, full-time, multi-site, and flexible work arrangements with a professional culture of learning, mentorship, and cross-service collaboration. Some roles are open for immediate commencement, and support is provided to transition quickly and confidently.

About You
  • Qualified & Credentialed: You are a GP Registrar, GP Clinical Lead, Fellowed GP, or Rural Generalist with the required Australian or recognised international credentials.
  • Community-Oriented: You thrive in rural or regional healthcare and are committed to patient-centred care that makes a real difference.
  • Collaborative & Versatile: You enjoy a mix of clinical presentations, teamwork, and mentoring (or being mentored).
  • Career-Focused: You're keen to grow your skills and take on new opportunities across health services with support from a connected, region-wide health community.
