Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Process all day-to-day requests from our billing system, for fee updates, invoice generation, credit notes, revenue recognition for our global operations of 40,000+ customers.
  • Assist with the monthly closing process, preparation of reconciliations and 4-eye peer reviews.
  • Manage your aged billing ticket requests in an organized way to ensure premium service delivery to our operational colleagues requiring invoicing.
  • This role will involve being a key player in test cycles for all enhancement projects to our ERP system, billing systems, AR and Master Data Portals, as well as regression testing and disaster recovery testing.
  • Assist with the periodic review and update of internal finance training manuals under the Revenue & Billing function, as well as all business-facing user manuals, training videos, wiki pages.
  • Other miscellaneous projects as required as part of the larger finance team.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Have a professional accounting designation with a third level qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion would be a distinct advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
