The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth in the UKI region by increasing adoption of our Messaging revenue line (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) and upselling salons to higher-tier packages. You will develop targeted marketing campaigns to showcase new features, generate sales leads, and maximize platform usage.

Your focus will be on growing messaging revenue through strategic initiatives, free trials, and data optimization, ensuring marketing strategies meet the needs of UKI salon businesses. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do
  • Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation: Develop and execute campaigns to increase awareness, generate leads, and promote package upgrades. Run targeted campaigns for Messaging adoption, implement and optimize free trials, and use data insights for continuous improvement.
  • Feature Marketing & Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies with UKI salon needs. Partner with Product for customer segmentation and feature adoption triggers. Develop promotional content and tailor messaging to address salon owners' challenges.
  • Messaging Revenue Growth: Analyze UKI market data to identify revenue opportunities. Design and execute campaigns to promote messaging adoption, collaborate internally to refine strategies, and use performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Use insights to personalize marketing efforts, run A/B tests, segment audiences, automate campaigns, and gather feedback to enhance messaging and future campaigns.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years in marketing, customer engagement, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Expertise in SMS, email marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling content.
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation tools.
  • Analytical skills for tracking performance, interpreting data, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
  • Knowledge of the UKI industry is highly preferred.
