We are seeking a motivated and experiencedClient Care Supervisorto lead our dedicated team of home support workers in your own dedicated geographic region in Wicklow. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client care and support, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services.

*Core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00. To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.

The ideal candidate:

  • Be QQI level 5(major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
  • Have a relevant health or social care background
  • Have a caring and empathetic nature
  • Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
  • Have an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
  • Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
