Role: HR Business Partner (Dublin/Hybrid)

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract with possibility for extension

Location: Dublin (travel required to our sites within Dublin and on occassion, to our other regional office in Munster)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a key role providing strategic and operational HR support to designated business areas, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

As HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and hands-on HR support across a broad range of areas including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding them through complex employee relations matters, performance management, absence management, and policy application.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives, including pay review cycles and benchmarking.
  • Lead the employee engagement agenda, working closely with the HR team to plan, support, and drive engagement initiatives across the business. This includes owning the employee engagement calendar of events, promoting activities internally, posting key updates, and attending on-site events where needed to support visibility and connection.
  • Lead on or contribute to HR projects such as structural changes, workforce planning reviews, and broader business transformation initiatives, ensuring a people-first, legally compliant approach.
  • Responsibility for compiling and maintaining key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absence etc. as well as responsibility for payroll data and review.
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards for inclusion in board-level reports to inform senior leadership decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR function to ensure consistent and aligned service delivery across the group.
  • A key part of this role will involve partnering with business leaders on headcount planning, succession, and organisational design.

Qualifications/Experience Required
  • 5+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner HR role in Ireland.
  • Masters qualified.
  • CIPD Accreditation desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a wide range of ER cases end-to-end.
  • Experience in managing the HR aspects of organisational design and change processes, including supporting leaders through complex people transitions and transformations.
  • Proven experience in compensation & benefits, including salary reviews and benchmarking.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Confident, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision and /or working within the wider HR team.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to other offices in Dublin and occasionally to sites across Ireland.
  • Ability to produce accurate work of consistently high quality, within tight timescales.
  • Ability to plan and structure own workload against a background of competing demands and high expectations.
