Zadig et Voltaire in our Brown Thomas Dublin store are currently looking for a Concession assistant manager to join their team on a Full-time 37.5 Flexible hours.

You Main Task Will Be
  • Be a brand ambassador and embrace the Selling Ceremony
  • Drive sales, warm welcome, exceptional approach, use appropriate sales technique from start to closing the sale
  • Be part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs
  • Lead your team by example
  • Coach your team in delivering exceptional and personalised customer experience
  • Lead your team towards success through training and coaching in order to exceed the store objectives and KPIs
  • You are constantly present on the shop floor and fully available to look after customers needs
  • Be able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management
  • Be able to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces
Know What We're Looking For
  • Detail oriented
  • Reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling clients. You are role model in everything you do, and you share your knowledge and skills with your team
  • The Concession assistant manager will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process while supporting and coaching their team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customers experience
  • As a Concession assistant manager, you are part of maximising store targets, providing an optimal and personalized customer service while complying with Zadig and Voltaire procedures and standard
  • You will support the store manager in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees development. Be eager to learn, develop yourself and others
  • 2 year minimum in fashion management skill , and people skills
