Our client, a leading global tech company, is seeking a Media Account Specialist to support digital advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital marketing, driving customer success through data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
Contract Duration: 29 July 2025 – 4 May 2026
About the Role:
As a Media Account Specialist, you'll help shape and execute digital campaign strategies across products such as Search, Display, and YouTube. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize campaign performance, support growth plans, and enhance digital maturity for your clients. This role suits someone with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills, who is passionate about digital advertising and eager to build expertise in this space.
Key Responsibilities- Manage campaign implementation, monitor performance, and optimize spend across multiple ad products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute growth plans for large advertisers.
- Promote multi-product advertising solutions and drive customer investment.
- Support business customers with training, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
- Use data insights to deliver tactical recommendations and drive campaign success.
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, preferably with Google Ads or similar platforms.
- Experience working with advertising agencies or in a customer-facing marketing/support role.
