As Kitchen Assistant within our company, you will work with an exceptional team delivering dining services in a Nursing home located on Church Hill, Sligo.

Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the Kitchen.
- Be a champion of our food offering onsite, delivering food services for patient feeding.
- Follow Catering Hygiene Policy guidelines and Aramark's dress code policy, always maintaining a clean uniform and hygienic appearance.
- Support and provide assistance to other kitchen staff as directed by the Head Chef.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure all necessary information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure correct stock rotation procedures are followed, using the FIFO rule.
- Co-operate fully and participate in all health and safety training programmes.
- Comply with and adhere to all Aramark & Hospital policies and procedures.
- Have requisite working experience.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple roles as required, with a good understanding of all sections of the kitchen.
- Have good organisational skills and work consistently with attention to detail.
