Applications are sought for Ad Astra Fellow - Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management within the UCD College of Business.

University College Dublin has recently completed a comprehensive strategic planning process which sets out an exciting and ambitious agenda for the University and within that the College of Business. This strategy 'Breaking Boundaries' sets out a number of priority themes for the University including, 'AI and digital technologies', 'Sustainability' and 'One Health'. In support of the University's ambitions, the College of Business is now looking to recruit multiple, energetic, team-spirited faculty colleagues at Assistant Professor level. As part of this recruitment, we are seeking candidates with interests in the area of HRM/People Analytics.

95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above the Bar (7943) Salary Scale: €62,855 - €99,533 Per Annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
