The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  1. Analyse cost reports and regularly review with senior management
  2. Conduct budget preparation including detailed cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, and reviews with senior management
  3. Manage project costs against budget throughout your project, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost saving initiatives to increase client value
  4. Monitor the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors
  5. Oversee and provide guidance on commercial change management and change evaluation efforts
  6. Oversee the RFPs through to procurement for project services and products
  7. Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts
  8. Review analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis

We would love to hear from you if you:

  1. Have M&E cost manager experience from a consultancy background
  2. Are RICS chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help
  3. Are savvy in understanding the business model and market opportunities
  4. Have a degree or comparable experience in construction, business, financial or related field
  5. Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and thrive in a fast paced environment
  6. Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  7. Are detail oriented and quality focused
  8. Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
