Client Services Account Manager - Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO)

Location: Dublin

Corporate Title: Vice President

Working as part of a growing global team, the Client Services Specialist is a senior position responsible for a portfolio of clients/deals within the Structured Finance Team servicing Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Loan Fund transactions. Acting as primary contact for their assigned clients and team, working closely with sales and support teams to deliver excellent service. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a client-facing position within Structured Finance.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients/deals, acting as Relationship Manager and escalation point
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and development to junior team members
  • Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal departments to ensure efficient transaction processing
  • Review transaction documentation with legal team, ensuring proper processing and settlement
  • Produce and deliver compliance reporting, ESMA reporting, and cash management reports

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in Structured Finance, preferably in client services
  • Understanding of the global financial services industry, debt capital markets, and structured finance
  • Experience with CLOs and Loan Funds is beneficial
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Good communication skills and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Payment processing, Issuing & Paying Agency Operations, and Transaction documentation
