Quality Management Systems Specialist, Dublin

Our client, a semi-state organisation in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Quality Management Systems Specialist to join their team for a 6-month contract. The organisation is experiencing significant growth and is committed to protecting the environment and supporting social and economic development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop procedures related to ISO Management Systems
  • Support tender evaluation processes involving Quality Scoring
  • Develop IMS audit plans and schedules
  • Execute IMS audits according to approved plans, ensuring compliance with protocols
  • Prepare audit findings and reports
  • Provide recommendations for management reviews
  • Support Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Support IMS projects as required
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

  • Recent relevant experience in a similar role
  • Third-level qualification or accreditation (desirable)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, audit, and CAPA processes
  • Experience evaluating tenders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in IT skills
