About You

We are seeking a Store Manager for our DV8 Roscommon store. You should be passionate about our customers, people, and products. Your approach should inspire others, creating a positive working atmosphere and team spirit. Ideally, you will have experience in retail, but we are open to relevant experience from other fields. You must be a great communicator, capable of leading and coaching a high-performing team, and effectively handling people issues.

About the Role

First and foremost, the safety of our team and customers is our top priority. All team members must work safely, following our guidelines at all times. You will be supported by the Area Manager, who will guide and advise you on all aspects of successful store management. To succeed as a Store Manager at DV8, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team to excel
  • Provide an environment focused on delivering excellent service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes
  • Generate innovative ideas to advance your store
  • Identify opportunities and add value to support the growth and success of our brand
  • Ensure the security of the store by following procedures and keyholding protocols, and ensure others do the same
