SMB Account Executive - Denmark at Salesforce
OverviewThe SMB Account Executive engages with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision-makers within their patch, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will develop opportunities, through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, and work with the team to drive growth in the Small Medium / Mid-market segment.
Responsibilities- Lead a dedicated customer set in the ESMB space, responsible for the full sales cycle and coordinating multiple projects.
- Own the entire sales process to meet performance metrics, with emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.
- Apply solution selling to address customer needs and establish long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
- Collaborate with Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketing for leads and opportunities.
- Quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Territory & Account Planning: create plans to achieve sales objectives and qualify prospects.
- Research and Discovery: understand a prospect's processes, challenges, and goals.
- Solutioning: identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.
- Customer Communication: clear and timely communication using various methods and tools.
- Resource Application: leverage available resources and tools to drive results.
- Team Selling: coordinate with account teams and partners to support deals and customer success.
- Fluent in English and Danish.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales methodology education.
- Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while steering strategic alliances.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of quota achievement.
- Experience evaluated for alignment with core role competencies.
